1st Vice-President (By-law Officer)
The 1st Vice-President is responsible for performing all duties/taking on the role of the President in his/her absence while rendering assistance to the membership as required. In addition, the 1st Vice-President, as the By-Laws Officer, is responsible for recording all alterations in by-laws which is later presented to and voted on by the membership.
